tiny_dancer181984 t asked:

I just bought a plasma but the rental property I moved into has no cable to connect to the tv/ no antenna on the roof nor does it have a dish. I’m confused about what i need to install/purchase in order to get crystal clear reception on my plasma. Right now Ive just got rabbit ears with absolutley **** reception. What are my options?

Talk to the property manager and see if they will either install an outdoor aerial or allow cable to provide access….

In a multi-unit apartment, satellite systems become somewhat complicated to deliver TV signals to various users.
But they do make a system for hotels….

Before you give-up on an indoor antenna, Radio shack has a number of different indoor antennas. I’ve seen good reports on them. Assuming you can return them, try a couple. I say a couple, because you will find different performance between them and the most expensive isn’t necessarily the best. BTW, over the air HDTV is generally the best you can get, if you can get it, because the signal is less compressed and has gone through less processing.
If this doesn’t work, then it’s roof antenna, cable or satellite-whatever the rental agent will allow.
