Hitachi 42″ Plasma HDTV / Playstation 3 and screen burn potential?
Shockme asked:
I am looking to buy the PS3 for use on my plasma. I would like to get first had info on how fast screen burn occurs on these TV’s when using game consoles. Please include info like, but not limited to, how long you play at one time, etc. Are there any tricks to preventing it. I think I have a setting to move all pixels over by certain numbers every so often. Does that feature truly prevent screen burn?

screen burns will always possible although later model plasmas will reduces the risk. I’m not sure about the moving pixels thing but if it’s working as its supposed to be… I guess it could do the job all right.
