can i use my plasma hdtv as a monitor for my desktop?

S-video cable should do the trick. Just go to your local Best Buy or Office Depot and give them your model number on the desktop. You may need an additional card to put in your PCI slot on your desktop if it doesn’t have a compatible slot already.

Generally YES if PC has TV-out port. Otherwise, you need to install a video card with TV-out feature. Be sure to install the accompanying driver for the video card for it to work properly.
